Short Version
Minimum Running: 300 km per day (mandatory for all outstation bookings). Toll Tax, State Tax, Parking Charges, and Driver Allowance are extra and payable by the customer.

Booking
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, and contact details.
- Booking confirmation will be shared through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Pricing
- All fares are subject to change without prior notice.
- Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and entry fees may be charged separately unless mentioned otherwise.
- Extra distance or waiting time may incur additional charges.
Payment
- Advance payment may be required for certain bookings.
- Remaining payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip.
- We accept online payments, bank transfer, UPI, and cash.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation time.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period.
- No refund will be provided for no-show bookings.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide correct booking information.
- Maintain proper behavior during the journey.
- Avoid carrying illegal or prohibited items.
- Compensate for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Driver & Vehicle
- Drivers follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Vehicle type may be replaced with a similar category if required due to operational reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Dev Tourist Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Mechanical breakdown beyond reasonable control

All content, logos, text, graphics, and images on this website are the property of Dev Tourist Company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law
